How can I get there?

There is limited car parking available so we encourage you to ride share, get a taxi or better yet ride your bike/ skate.

Can we bring food and drink?

You are welcome to bring a re-fillable water bottle however all food and drink needs to be purchased from vendors within the event.

Is this event wheelchair friendly?

It is and there is a fully accessible toilet available on site. Accessible parking is provided in VIP parking area, notify staff as you arrive.

Will there be tickets for sale at the gate?

There will be sales on the gate but the 2 day pass special is only available online. Online tickets sales finish at midnight on Friday September 16, 2022.

What will the door prices be?

Do younger kids get in for free?

Children aged 5 and under can enter for free.

Are dogs welcome?

Only guide and assistance dogs are welcome at this event.

TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Tickets are non-refundable except in the circumstance that you have COVID and apply for a refund in writing with formal verification of covid case registration. Contact imagineseasidecarnival@gmail.com

- Imagine Seaside Carnival will be documented through photography and videography. You agree and consent to your image being recorded through photography and videography at the event and used in the documentation and promotion of the festival.

- You agree and consent that your contact details can be used to send you a survey invitation following the event. Your personal details will not be used or shared for any other purpose.
